I have worked in both clinical and educational settings before starting my private practice in 2018. I am a solution-focused therapist (with a PgDip in solution-focused psychotherapy), neuropsychiatric coach and a sexologist with a base in the fields of Psychology and Special Education. I have Master’s degrees in Psychology and Educational Sciences (with a specialisation in . I speak fluent English and can provide solution-focused brief therapy in English.

I believe that in a trusting, reflective relationship it’s possible to find a solution to any problem and with that in mind, clients’ individual needs and their own personal resources are at the centre of the therapy services I provide. You can come see me with an issue regarding a life change, a crisis or any other aspect of life that is puzzling or bothering you. Together we can begin to work towards a solution that works for you. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life (e.g. people with mental health issues; sex, gender and sexuality related issues; eating, anxiety and mood disorders; and/or work and family crises).

I can meet you at your own convenience for a one-off consultation, brief therapy/counselling/coaching (3-20x) or long-term therapy. I have experience in working with children (10-15-year-olds), young adults and adults. I also provide couples’ and family therapy services and sexual counselling.

You are in no way expected to commit to a therapy process before our first meeting. Should you wish to continue for a longer process after the first appointment, we can develop a plan together to make sure that you get exactly the kind of support you need.

My expertise extends from psychoeducation to solution-focused paradigms and psychological research. I have expertise in neurodivergence, accessibility, additional support needs in schools and workplaces, and much more. I am and advocate of equity and equality.
